We are just 2 miles from the Norlands Living History Center. We are located just over one hour to the Portland Jetport, Sugarloaf and Sunday River ski areas, coastal destinations, hiking, fishing and LL Bean.
Each of our three vintage houses, each with a unique feel, have all of the following amenities:

GuestHouse at the Barn
396 Boothby Road, Livermore
We have created a relaxing setting and a treat for the senses in our farmhouse, acquired by the family in 1865, furnishing it with many loved family treasures, some dating back to that time.
The nostalgic kitchen is well-equipped for cooking with seasonal treats, and the pantry is always freshly stocked.
The house is open year round and comfortably sleeps six. The first floor features a small twin bedroom, ¾ bath, a dining room with lovely views of the orchard and a simple parlor.
On the second floor is a master bedroom with a full size bed, a twin bed and sitting area with views of the land. The pond side bedroom has a full bed and a comfy chair for enjoying the view.
There is a generous deck equipped with a gas grill overlooking the orchard, fields and event space. A great place to enjoy warm summer breezes, brisk fall days and evening skies.
The Mosher Place
332 Boothby Road, Livermore
We call this farm bungalow “The Mosher Place,” but the Boothby family purchased it from the Mosher family almost a century ago.
The former farm worker house has been refurbished to sleep seven, so it’s a great place for families memory-making. There is a first floor 3/4 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and a large living room with foldout double bed. The upstairs bedroom has a queen sized bed, twin and toddler bed as well as a sitting area. Mid-stairs there is a double and a single bed, creating a fun place to accommodate children or more adventuresome adults.
With gorgeous views to the north and access to the winter home for the cows, the adjacent lawn is a great place for additional tenting or just being outside.
The Homestead at the Market
1425 Federal Road, Livermore
This place on 40 acres, was once home to Clara Belle Buzzell who married Robert Hamilton Boothby on December 24, 1899. Located less than two miles from the farm, orchard and event barn, it’s a great place to celebrate with family and friends.
Renovations to the living space include a new kitchen, generous sitting room and a spacious bathroom. There are two double beds in the first floor room with adjacent laundry. Upstairs, the walk-though room is furnished with two twins and the back bedroom has a full 3/4 bed.
With access to provisions at the market, lots of room to roam and close to farm, this is a perfect homebase for local events.
Pricing:
May-October: $500 for 3-night weekend, $750/week.
Off season November-April: $200 for the first night. $85 for subsequent nights. $650/week.
